The tiny phone/home phone is so tempting! Do you get a lot of spam calls though? And the word processor is sweet! My iphone is currently out of commission which I'm enjoying, except I miss the photos and sending photos back and forth with my mom (another "tug of elsewhere").

We were getting lots of spam calls on the home phone! Luckily, since it’s a digital line and not a real landline, you can set blocks on what numbers can come through. Since we mostly use the phone to connect with family, we just greenlighted a select few numbers and blocked everything else. And yes, I did miss easy photo sharing with the Lightphone, but took it as a spiritual challenge to experience things in the present. With the Jelly I can take and text photos, though the image quality is lower. I bring my old iPhone with me (which I use on wifi as a tablet still but which doesn’t have phone or data service) for special events and use it as a camera.

Waiting room moments to take a sweet swim - check check! Brilliant piece as always. Thank you for ENCOURAGING US, educating us, giving us morsels to chew on. Nourishment for reals!! And that dance notion... so good.

Thank you Jose! And thank you so much for all the great resources you put out there for people. It was through your YouTube channel and writings that I found both the Lightphone and the Jelly as well as some of the community around these questions.
